26. Power to remove difficulties.
- With a view to remove any difficulty in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, during the period of one year after the commencement of this Act, regulate by order any' matter which is to be regulated by a rule or regulation under this Act, anything contained in the Act notwithstanding.
