217K. Review.
(1)The State Government may, on application, review any order, decision or direction made by them including the grant or refusal of a licence, if it appears to them that any such order, decision or direction or the terms and conditions of the licence should be modified, annulled or reversed and pass orders accordingly.(2)No order under this section adversely affecting a person shall be made unless that person has had a reasonable opportunity of making his representation.(3)The State Government may stay the operation of any order, decision or direction made by them including the grant of licence pending the exercise of their power under sub-section (1) in respect thereof.(4)Every application to the State Government for the exercise of their power under this section shall be made within two months from the date on which the order, decision or direction made by the State Government including the grant of a licence to which the application relates was communicated to the applicant:Provided that the State Government may entertain an application made after the expiration of the said period of two months, if they are satisfied that the applicant had sufficient cause for not making such application in time.
