Section 8(3) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(3)Every employer or occupier shall afford to every Inspector all reasonable facilities in the discharge of his discharge of his duties under this Act.
