Section 36 in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
36. Recognition of Degrees and Diplomas.
- The University shall recognize every degree conferred or diploma granted by any other recognized University in the State, and approved by the University Grants Commission, as equivalent to the corresponding Degree or Diploma conferred or granted by the University. However, the Academic Senate shall have the power to recognize the Degrees /Diplomas granted by an recognized University outside the State subject to such conditions as it may stipulate.
