Section 1 in Rajasthan District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called [the Rajasthan District] [Substituted 'the District' by Rajasthan Notification No. G.S.R. 36, dated 1.6.2018 (w.e.f. 31.5.2017).] Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016.(2)They shall extent to whole of the State of Rajasthan and shall apply to all minerals.(3)They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12.1.2015.
