485. Transfer of undertrial prisoners from one jail to another. [§12, Act V, 1861].
- When it is desirable to transfer an undertrial prisoner to a jail other than that to which he was originally committed, the Court officer shall make a written application to the Court in session of the case, when such prisoner is brought before it, to direct that if further commitment to jail custody is ordered, such custody may be in the jail specified in the application.
