Section 13(1) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963
(1)Notice shall be given to every member present in India of the time and place fixed for each ordinary meeting at least fifteen days before such meeting and every member shall be furnished with a list of business to be considered at the meeting:Provided that when an emergency meeting is called by the Chairman such notice shall not be necessary.
