4. Displaying ofrates of fees
.Atable displaying rates of fees, rates authorised tobe levied at any National Highway Section or permanent bridge or both, shall beput up in a conspicuous place near the fee collection booths legibly written orprinted in English, Hindi and regional language of the area in which National Highway Section or permanent bridge or both are situated.
