J U D G M E N T
In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to constitute a special team for the investigation of Crime No. 560/2011 of the Nadapuram Police Station.
(ii) Direct the respondents to do the needful to investigate the Crime effectively and charge sheet the accused for committing the offence."
Pending proceedings, of course when a report was called for from the investigating officer, the accused was arrested and the investigation is in progress. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the investigation is in correct direction and therefore, this writ petition can be disposed of.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed.
