The present Writ Petition has been filed by a retired OHT Operator of the third respondent Panchayat seeking a Mandamus to settle the terminal benefits and disburse admissible pension with interest.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on 30.06.2016. So far, his terminal benefits have not been released. Hence, the present writ Petition.
