1. This is an application filed by the plaintiffs under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [in short "CPC"] seeking exemption not only from filing original and certified copies of certain documents but also from filing legible copies of dim annexures.

2. The application is allowed, subject to the plaintiffs filing legible copies of dim documents within two weeks from today. 2.1 Insofar as the filing of original and certified copies of the documents is concerned, the plaintiffs will place the same on record as and when they are directed to do so by this Court.

3. Issue summons in the suit and notice in the captioned application via all means including email.

4. List the matter before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) on 29.01.2021 for completion of service, pleadings as also the admission/denial of the documents.

4.1 List the matter before the Court on 07.04.2021.

5. In the meanwhile, the parties will maintain status quo as regards the possession and title vis-a-vis the suit property, which is described as: 43/16, Second Floor, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008.

6. The plaintiffs will comply with the provisions of Order XXXIX Rule 3 of the CPC within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
