2. Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is a delay of 208 days in filing the CMAPL. Hence, Misc. Case No.210 of 2017 has been filed for condonation of delay.

3. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.3 prays for an adjournment to file the objection to the limitation application.

4. Put up this matter on 19th July, 2024.

5. In the meantime, objection to the limitation petition shall be filed serving copy thereof on learned counsel for the Petitioner.
