Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per averments made in paragraph 20 of the writ application the petitioner is entitled to dues of salary as well as ACP benefit for the months from March, 2004 to July 2004, from October, 2013 to December, 2013, salary from January, April to November, 2014, from March, 2015 to till date, 1st ACP due to 2003 and 2nd ACP in 2013 as well as the absentee statement of working period at ANM hostel, Deoghar.
