2.2.The petitioner's name was sponsored by the Employment Exchange for the post of Foreman Grade-II. Subsequently, the second respondent, namely, the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Small Industries (TANSI) called the petitioner for an interview by letter dated 10.11.2010. It is pertinent to mention that the petitioner was specifically required to produce all certificates including the Ex-Servicemen Dependant Certificate in original.
