1. It is not disputed by learned counsel for the parties that the coordinate bench headed by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice, via order dated 14.12.2023, in LPA 685/2023, constituted a Special Bench comprising HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva and HMJ Sanjeev Narula.
2. It has also been brought to our notice that via order dated 15.12.2023 passed in LPA 824/2023, the said appeal was directed to be tagged with LPA 685/2023.
2.1 A similar order has been passed vis-à-vis LPA 90/2024, via order dated 02.02.2024.
3. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to place the above-captioned appeals before the Acting Chief Justice on the 'Administrative Side' for constituting a Bench that includes HMJ Sanjeev Narula, as HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva stands transferred to the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
