2. Although, the Written Instructions have not been received, it transpires from the record that the Writ Petitioners have filed an Appeal on 14.11.2022 (Ex.P.1) and the same is pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palakonda, Parvatipuram Manyam District (Respondent No.5).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage without going into merits of the case with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palakonda, Parvathipuram Manyam District (Respondent No.5) to consider the Appeal and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.

Needless to state that the Joint Collector, Parvatipuram Manyam (Respondent No.3) shall adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing Advance Notice to all the stakeholders, considering their objections and documents filed, if any, before passing the Final Order. Upon passing of the Final Order, the same shall be furnished to all the parties forthwith.
