Being dissatisfied, the appellant filed a First Appeal dated 24.05.2023. The FAA vide its order dated 20.06.2023, held as under.
The appellant sought the information through the RTIs and informed through Appeal application that he has not received reply from the PIO. During the course of hearing PIO informed that the reply of the RTIs have been sent to the appellant vide above dispatch numbers. During the discussion in the hearing appellant has raised the issue that the replies furnished by the PIO is not as per the content of the RTIs points. The PIO is hereby directed to provide the amended pointwise reply as per the content of the RTIs application to the appellant as per record within 10 days positively.
4 The applicant is requested to visit the office of the undersigned and inspect the concerned register maintained in this office and obtain the copy of the desired information after paying the requisite fee @ Rs. 2/-
per copy as per RTI Act-2005.
