84. Interestingly, a suggestion was put to RW1 by the petitioner that the premises has been let out for commercial purposes, which was denied by RW1. RW1 stated the he had been using the premises for commercial purposes including office. RW1 stated in the crossexamination that there was no misuser of the tenanted premises. RW1 stated that there was no reception in Hotel Metro Park but there was one counter table. It also came in the cross examination of RW1 that they have made wooden partition in Hotel Metro Park. The wooden partition were not attached/locked with the walls. The structure of the rooms was not changed. The bigger rooms were converted into smaller rooms with the help of wooden partitions. The wooden partitions were touching the floor and roof on both sides.
