(vii) By letter dated 09.10.2024, the Intelligence Wing of Punjab Police alerted all the Commissioners of Police in Punjab and all Senior Superintendents of Police by communicating a list of 15 names who had vocally opposed the petitioner or spoken in authenticity of this order/judgment CWP-36549-2025 favour of the persons opposing the petitioner or were complainant in the Ajnala kidnapping case against the petitioner, and who were threatened by the petitioner as well as his organization and also other witnesses in the FIR lodged against the petitioner and further the Advocates who were appearing for the petitioner in the Election Petition filed against petitioner.
