The present application for contempt is founded on the fact that despite the said order by which alienation and transfer of the subject pipeline was impeded and/or interdicted, the same has been done and therefore, such action is contumacious and therefore, the Court must activate the provision of the Contempt of Courts Act against the alleged contemnors who are arraigned as respondent in the contempt application. Several facts have been disclosed in the contempt application in order to prove that the transfer and alienation of the pipeline has been made despite the order of injunction passed by this Court which runs into several pages of the contempt application. The aforesaid allegations can be summarized in the following:
