This petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 31st March, 2023, passed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, Regional Office, Delhi (East), under para 26B of the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme, 1952, directing the Petitioner Management to enrol the employee, Mr. Kamal Singh, w.e.f. 01st April, 2016 to 16th May, 2020, and extend EPF and allied benefits to him. Further, inquiry under Section 7A of the EPF and MP Act, 1952, has been recommended against the Petitioner Establishment in respect of the said worker, Mr. Kamal Singh.
