118. This will, in any event, not preclude the DPCC from taking action against the Petitioner after an inspection undertaken by it of the premises hereafter. If the Petitioner or any one in occupation of the building in question is found to be acting in violation of the provisions of either the Water Act or the Air Act, the DPCC can proceed to take action but only after following the due process of law as envisaged by the Rules.
