Till then, the Investigating Officer is directed rt to release the applicant in FIR No. 34 of 2022, dated 10.3.2022, under Sections 409 and 420 IPC and Section 13(2) of PC Act, registered with Police Station, Nahan, in the event of his arrest, subject to his furnishing bail bonds, in the sum of Rs. 60,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
13. Since the revision against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence, as referred to herein-
above, will take sufficient long time, for its disposal, as such, the order of sentence is suspended during the pendency of the revision, subject to the following conditions:
(i) That the applicant shall furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-, alongwith one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today, with an undertaking that in the event of final dismissal of the revision petition, he will surrender before the learned trial Court to serve the remainder substantive sentence;
13. Since the revision against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence, as referred to herein-

(i) That the applicant shall furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-, alongwith one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today, with an undertaking that in the event of final dismissal of the revision petition, he will surrender before the learned trial Court to serve the remainder substantive sentence;
Till then, the applicant is ordered to be of released on interim bail, subject to her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety in the rt like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, with the following conditions:
(i) That the applicant shall appear before the I.O. as and when directed to do so.
