Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 22(1), 23(1), 23(3), 25 of the PC & PNDT (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (for short "Act").
3. As per complaint case, on 22.05.2023, the premises of Bharti Ultrasound was checked by a team comprising Dr. Prem Chandra Prasad, I/c medical officer and Sri Anish Tiwari, District Planning Officer, Buxar and during checking, the ultrasound centre was found closed and it was also found that said centre was running without valid registration with concerned department and thereafter, the centre was sealed by the inspecting team.
