% 01.06.2022 On the last occasion the Court had requested Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel representing the Commission, to attend to the prayer(s) as made in the writ petition. Mr. Singhdev apprises the Court that the petitioner had approached the Commission aggrieved by the view as taken by the Ethics & Medical Registration Board. It is submitted that in terms of Section 30(4) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, that appeal would not be maintainable.
