Showing contexts for: zinc phosphide in Sunil Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 10 May, 2017Matching Fragments
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that there is allegation against the petitioner to have demanded dowry and there is cruelty also. There is allegation that he had administered poison to the deceased.
Having heard both sides and from perusal of the viscera report it appears that Zinc Phosphide was detected in dark brown fluid. Zinc Phosphide is a gastro-intestinal irritant. It is used as rat killer and is highly poisonous. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
