2.By way of ad interim relief statusquo as existing today shall be maintained with the clarification that the petitioner shall be required to keep common plot open for maintenance of facilities of the residents of the area and if any encroachment is found over the common plot the ad interim relief granted by this court shall automatically stand vacated.
3. Mr.Mehta for the petitioner states that there is only kachha hut for the purpose of keeping the material which will be removed wiuthin 48 hours and the common plot shall be kept open.
