The petitioner seeks the following reliefs. The Writ of Mandamus has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to measure the lands comprised in S.Nos.353/1 and 344/1 situated at Serukalai Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Paramthi Velur, Namakkal District as per Patta Nos.622, and 1484 and to fix the boundary stone with police protection of respondents No.5 and 6.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Habeeb Rahman, learned Government Advocate who represents the respondents No.1 to 4 states that the survey will be conducted within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
