3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that as per eye witness account namely Anshu Paradhi, applicants were present on spot and had assaulted the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is eye witness account regarding murder and said witness has named the applicant for causing the incident, bail application filed by the applicants is dismissed.
