26. Moreover, the success and profitability of any business
are built upon the collective efforts of its workforce. It is
disheartening to witness the workmen, who have played an integral
part in generating consistent profits for their employers, being
neglected when it comes to their own financial well-being. A fair
and equitable distribution of these profits is not only morally just
but also acts as a powerful motivator for the workmen to continue
their hard work and dedication. Furthermore, the failure to increase
wages for such an extended period sends a demoralizing message to
the workmen. It undermines their sense of value and worth within
the organization. When employees feel undervalued and under-
appreciated, it can lead to decreased morale, lower productivity, and
higher turnover rates. By providing a wage increase that is long

among the workmen, which in turn will have a positive impact on
the overall performance and reputation of the hotel restaurant
industry.
