These transfer petitions are connected. The petitioner in these cases are the wife of the respondent in Tr.P.(Crl) No. 22/2025 and Tr.P (C) Nos. 180 and 181 of 2025. The respondents in Tr.P.(C) No. 181/2025 are the husband and his relatives. These transfer petitions are filed to transfer MC No. 160/2021, OP No.302/2021 & OP No.1074/2022 from Family Court, Attingal to Family Court, Punalur. According to the petitioner, she is residing at Punalur and she is in a difficult position to travel up to Attingal for conducting the case. Even though notice is issued to the respondents, there is no appearance for the respondents. Tr.P. (Crl.) No.22 of 2025 and 2025:KER:47422 Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I think these transfer petitions can be allowed.

Therefore, these transfer petitions are allowed in the following manner :

1) Tr.P (Crl) No. 22/2025 is allowed. MC No. 160/2021 pending before the Family Court, Attingal stands transferred to Family Court, Punalur. The Family Court, Attingal will forthwith forward all the files to the Family Court, Punalur.

2) Tr.P (C) No. 180/2025 is allowed. OP No. 302/2021 pending before the Family Court, Attingal stands transferred to Family Court, Punalur. The Family Court, Attingal will forthwith forward all the files to the Family Court, Punalur.

3) Tr.P (C) No. 181/2025 is allowed. OP No. 1074/2022 pending before the Family Court, Attingal stands transferred to Family Court, Punalur. The Family Court, Tr.P. (Crl.) No.22 of 2025 and 2025:KER:47422 Attingal will forthwith forward all the files to the Family Court, Punalur.
