12.The further submitted that he had filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.797 of 2014 seeking for quashment of the FIR in RC 4(E)/2013- http://www.judis.nic.in CBI/BS & FC/Bangalore, one of the ground therein was that the 2nd respondent already filed a complaint in the year 2012, preliminary enquiry conducted and latter, preliminary enquiry was closed. Thereafter, a second complaint was lodged by the 2nd respondent on 18.06.2013 at the instance of the 1st respondent, which is barred under law. Further the 2nd respondent had already initiated proceedings against the petitioner before the DRT, Chennai for recovery of the loan amounts.
