Let there be stay of all further proceeding in Ejectment Execution Case No. 25 of 2023, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Alipore, upto July 31, 2024, or until further orders whichever is earlier, provided the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.2,500/- as occupational charges, before the executing court, till disposal of the revisional application.

Rs.2500/- per month on and from April, 2024 shall be deposited within April 10, 2024 and, thereafter month by month within 10th of each month.
