1. Petitioner has filed this second interim bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
2. F.I.R. No. 104/2017 was registered at Police Station Udyog Nagar Alwar for offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act.
3. Petitioner has moved this second interim bail application seeking interim bail to attend the 40 th day death ceremony of his late father scheduled on 19.03.2018. Petitioner has submitted the Certificate of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat, Diwakari, to establish the fact of demise of his father and the ceremony scheduled.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the second interim bail application.

5. I have considered the contentions.
6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the petitioner, I deem it proper to allow the second interim bail application.
7. This second interim bail application is accordingly allowed and petitioner is given interim bail for a period of one week from today and it is directed that accused petitioner shall be released on interim bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall surrender before the Superintendent of Central Jail, Alwar on 21.03.2018.
