11. In Lakshmi Nath Sarma Thakur v. Ghanakanti Kalitani, ILR (1951) 2 Cal 407, it has been held that:
"Where as a result of mutual mistake, a wrong plot number was inserted in the plaint, but the parties knew about the real subject-matter and rights of third parties had not intervened, the Court has power to amend the decree by substituting the correct plot number."
