2. In para-5 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent Nos.1 to 5, it is admitted that the petitioners belong to OBC and .
the name of petitioner No.3 has wrongly been deleted from the Parivar Register, for which an enquiry has been ordered.
3. We record the statement of learned counsel for respondent No.6 that respondent No.6 has no objection if the names of the petitioners are reflected in the Parivar/Family
4. to Register of Gram Panchayat, Ghanala.
In view of the admitted position that the name of petitioner No.3 is wrongly deleted from the Parivar Register, we direct that entry of deletion be reversed and the names of the petitioners be reflected in the Parivar/Family Register of Gram Panchayat, Ghanala. This exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from today.
5. After the names of the petitioners are reflected in the Parivar/Family Register of Gram Panchayat, Ghanala, respondent No.5 is directed to issue caste certificate to the petitioners. We make it clear that this order would not come in the way of respondent No.6 in the matrimonial proceedings between him and petitioner No.3 and the matrimonial proceedings shall be decided without being influenced by this order and the contentions of respondent No.6 in the said proceedings are kept open.
