1. The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 does not oppose the aforesaid request.

3. It has been stated by the counsel that the matter is at the stage of cross-examination of respondents' witnesses.

4. Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate is going to expire on 30th October, 2025.
