s) Both parties agree and undertake to delete, destroy and never use, display or share the video record of the incident of December 2012 (as filed by the Respondent in the present O.P. No. 40 of 2024), stored by her in any form, mode, device including mobile phones, laptops, computers, hard drives, thumb drives, pen drives, cloud storage, e-mail accounts, social media accounts, or any other digital or physical storage medium.
