Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an interim Order staying the operation of the order of the
1st respondent which is communicated through Exhibit P12 issued by the
university, pending disposal of the W.P.(C).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
27.07.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. ABRAHAM VAKKANAL, Senior
Advocate along with SMT. VINEETHA SUSAN THOMAS, Advocates for the
petitioner, SRI.ASOK M.CHERIAN, Advocate for R1 and R2 and of
SRI.P.C.SASIDHARAN, Advocate for R3, the court passed the following:
ORDER
Interim order is extended by two months. Post for disposal in the week commencing from 11.10.2021 in the Physical Court along with W.A.NO.500/2021.
