Court to decide the admissibility of the confession
statement. (See : Kartar Singh's case (supra)
page 683, para 264 of SCC). Judicial wisdom will
surely prevail over irregularity, if any in the
process of recording confessional statement.
Therefore we are satisfied that the safeguards
provided by the Act and under the law is adequate
in the given circumstances and we don't think it is
necessary to look more into this matter.
Consequently we uphold the validity of Section 32.
