Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In Clause 9.1 of the agreement it is provided that in case of dispute, it will be resolved under the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
It appears that notices were issued to the petitioner showing the dispute arising from the commercial transaction in turn of Para-7 of Annexure-7, elected M/s Educomp Solutions Ltd. as arbitrator.
