The learned Metropolitan Magistrate-07, South East, Saket Court, Delhi (hereinafter 'Trial Court') vide order dated 11.10.2019, took cognizance of the main and supplementary charge-sheet and proceeded to summon the petitioner to appear before it. The order dated 11.10.2019 is reproduced as under:
"Considering the evidence brought on record, there is sufficient evidence to take cognizance of offences punishable u/s 3A/4/5/6/23/25/26/29 of PNDT Act read with Rule 9/17/18 framed under the said act read with section 120B IPC.
