Global Support Services (GSS) - dealing with software support, Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Developer Support packages etc.
b. Red Hat Training - Red Hat Training offers a rich array of hands-on training courses in hundreds of location across the world. Courses cover the full range of plaintiff‟s product range and beyond, ranging from Linux system administration to enterprise application development to security, LAMP development and more. The plaintiff‟s certifications include Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT), the award winning Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), advanced level Certificates of Expertise, and Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA). c. Global Support Services (GSS) - The plaintiff‟s around- the-clock open source software support group provides highly-acclaimed production support as part of every Red Hat software subscription.
