9.2 The term FORCE MAJEURE in this CONTRACT means act or God, war, revolt, riot, fire, tempest, flood, earthquake, lightening, direct or indirect consequences of war (declared/undeclared), sabotage, hostilities, national emergencies, civil disturbances, commotion, embargo or any law or promulgation, regulation or ordinance whether Central or State or Municipal, breakage, bursting or freezing of pipeline Upon occurrence of such cause and on its termination, the parties rendered unable as aforesaid shall notify the other party in writing within twenty four (24) hours of the beginning and the ending, giving full particulars and reasonable evidence thereof. Any action of labour employed by the BUYER shall not be considered as FORCE MAJEURE.
