Pursuant to the directions in Annexure A Judgment of this Court dated 24.08.2022, some amounts have been disbursed to the petitioner by the Water Authority. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled for further amounts.
Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to agitate the said issue in appropriate proceedings, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
