ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
i. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or Order or direction or Writ to quash the impugned Judgment in M.A. No.28/2017 dated 22.02.2019 passed by the learned Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Uttara Kannada, Karwar which is produced at 'Annexure-A' in the interest of justice and equity.
ii. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case.
2. Memo dated 24.01.2024 has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner, which is signed by the petitioner and the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under:
