The prayer made in the present petition is for a direction to the State to release the amount of enhanced compensation in terms of the award passed by the Reference Court.
There had been huge default by the State/Haryana Urban Development Authority/Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation in payment of compensation on account of acquisition of land. The amount as informed by the State is about ` 15,000 crores. The payment thereof is being monitored in CWP No.727 of 2017-- M/s Daulatram-Dharambir Auto Private Limited v. State of Haryana and others, hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 05-06-2017 17:34:40 ::: CWP No. 9792 of 2017 [2] petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
