1. List these petitions on August 19, 2022 at 2.30 p.m. to enable Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Advocate General for Maharashtra to submit the requisite report in terms of the earlier order dated June 16, 2022.

We record that Mr. Samant, learned AGP appearing for the respondent-State has placed before us a write-up on the measures that have been taken pursuant to the earlier orders in respect of illegal hoardings which inter alia includes summary of information in respect of offences registered under 'the Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995' by the Brihanmumbai Police Commissionerate. Such write-up shall be retained with the records.
