Learned counsel for the O.L. prays for a short adjournment to reply to the same on the ground that arguing counsel could not attend the Court proceedings for the reasons that he is busy in some other case at Delhi.
Learned counsel for the E.D.appears and submits that with respect to possession of the land he has no objection in handing over the same to the applicant company. However, with respect to the amount of Rs.41.40 crores, which was the consideration with respect to lease deed as the same is "proceeds of crime" that shall remain attached with E.D. Learned counsel for the Veracious Infracon Developers Pvt.Ltd.has filed reply to I.A.No.4117/2025.
