It is submitted that the Petitioners have taken a ground that the proper Testing Method was not followed, as the TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) method was used instead of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). However, if both the Test Reports are perused, both the Analysts adopted the TLC method for testing the sample of the drug. If, according to the Petitioners, TLC is not the correct method, then how could the Report of the Government Analyst, Gujarat, be considered as evidence of sterling quality. In view of the above, it is submitted that the Report of the Government Analyst, Gujarat, cannot be considered a piece of evidence of sterling quality.
